Man was created from clay/mud

Both of these Arabic sentences mean “Man was created from clay/mud”

The Qur’an never uses the definite form “the clay” (Arabic الطين  at-teen). What is the significance of this? Nabeel Alkhalidy, a teacher at the Sibaway Institute, explains in this short video clip.
